Because all jewelry is handmade by me on an order basis please allow up to 10 days for the pieces to be shipped. If you would like the jewelry sooner all you have to do is shoot an email over to me at heather@gusandfay.com and I can do a rush order for you.
RETURNS
Due to the unique nature of your jewelry purchase all sales are final.
Because all sales are final, please ensure that any questions you have are answered prior to submitting your purchase order via email to heather@gusandfay.com.
REPAIRS
All Gus & Fay Jewelry is inspected for quality prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that a piece arrives in need of repair, please send an email within four days of receipt to: heather@gusandfay.com
